I received the Ph.D. degree in electronics engineering from the University of Poitiers, France, in 2003. I have focused studies on theoretical physics applied to medical imaging, and after a two years postdoctorate at the material research laboratories of Agfa-Gevaert, Belgium, I joined in 2006 the Barco Medical Imaging Division, Kortrijk, Belgium, as research engineer, in 2008 as project leader and 2009-2012, as project manager and since 2012 as research engineer. I am co-authors of more than 40 publications in journals and conferences. I am co-authors of several patents and reviewers of different scientific journals. Since 2004, I have been involved in several international and European projects.
