Abstract

This is an interactive form for entering data about IHC and qIFA assays.    It was created with Larry True's guidance by a group of extramural experts that include a couple of the current members.  The template has 5 sections that describe patient-related information, characteristics of the reagents, the platform, the method of analysis with room for data input and the type of laboratory.   

There is also a companion Primer that would be good for the group to go over and assess.  THe intention of the primer is to explain the individual sections of the IHC template since some investigators have had difficulty understanding the terms.   As always, it is important to have clinical laboratory staff as collaborators to assist with this type of data about assays.
