Nano-EEVO for Nanoparticle-ExRNA-EV-Ontology
This is a collaborative effort between the NanoWG and ERCC to identify areas of synergy between the nanoparticle/nanomaterial informatics resources represented by the NanoWG, and the emerging informatics needs of the exRNA and EV research communities, particularly with respect to biological nanoparticles, such as lipoproteins, exosomes, and extracellular vesicles, and the constituent components of those particles.
