Welcome to our Group for TCGA Data Standards.

This group provides the TCGA community a forum to explore and discuss the TCGA Data Standards.  TCGA data standards are recorded in NCI's caDSR repository as Common Data Elements (CDEs).  When CDEs exist for the TCGA data fields, the CDE identifiers are referenced within the downloaded data files. The CDE identifiers and can be used to look-up the meaning for the data field, and the set of expected data values and meanings for those values.
