Description: | This 5-day short course on causal discovery and graphical modeling of biomedical data provides hands-on and individualized training on the use of Tetrad using simulated data, practice data or your own data, if appropriate. The short course is immediately followed by a free data hackathon during which attendees can apply CCD's software to their big biomedical data for further training, fun and prizes. Participants must bring their own laptops and download and open the Tetrad V program prior to attending. More information on the event, including registration details can be found on CCD's website. |
